Ethical Problem-Solving to Challenging Behavior

 

WPS is proud to offer a three-part webinar series designed to prepare practitioners to work with problem behavior. Throughout the series, practitioners will learn a range of procedures and methods to operationally define the behavior, collect and analyze data, understand the function that the problem behavior serves, create, and implement effective BIPs, and problem-solve challenging behavior. After each webinar, attendees will have access to an online tool kit containing strategies and resources for immediate use.

Ethical Problem-Solving to Challenging Behavior is the third course within the three-part series titled The Behavior Playbook for School Psychologists. This session will focus on ethical and cultural considerations for addressing challenging behaviors in the school setting. Participants will be able to recognize, discuss, and engage in problem-solving strategies to outline a specific course of action. Lastly, this session will provide access to an online tool kit containing strategies and resources for immediate use.
